  8. Horneamos 10-12'. Después dejamos que se enfríen completamente sobre una rejilla. Tened mucho cuidado al manejarlas porque son muy frágiles
  9. Una vez frías preparamos el relleno. Ponemos en un bol los ingredientes. La leche de coco que esté fría. Batimos con unas varillas eléctricas hasta que quede una textura similar a la nata montada
