- Con las manos húmedas le damos forma y lo ponemos sobre papel film. Llevamos al frezzar durante mínimo 1 hora.

- Una vez congelado mezclamos 2 huevos con sal y un poco de condimento para milanesas o el condimento que ustedes quieran. Pasamos las milanesas por el huevo y después por pan rallado.

- Y listo ! Las pueden volver a frezzar. O cocinar en sartén, plancha u horno !!! En la foto la hice a la sartén con un poquito de aceite
