  1. Lavas los camarones y les quitas la cáscara.
  2. Después los vamos a cortar en trozos pequeños y les vamos retirando la venita negra que traen dentro.
  3. En un bowl grande agraga el camarón ya picado y ve exprimiendo el jugo a los limones(cuida que no vayan semillas) hasta lograr cubrir los camarones, deja reposar.
  4. Mientras están los camarones, pica el jitomate, la cebolla y 7 rábanos en cuadritos pequeños.
  5. Cuando ya esté todo lo anterior picado, agregalo al bowl de los camarones, mezcla bien, agrega sal y salsa katsup al gusto. También agrega 1 taza de cilantro picado
    y el jugo de las dos naranjas. Mezcla y mete al refrigerador 30 minutos.
  6. Pica en rodajitas los 2 pepinos y reserva.
  7. Ahora a las tostadas dejales una cama de rodajas de pepino para después agregar el ceviche y unas rebanaditas de aguacate. Si gustas puedes agregar salsa de tu preferencia. 😉
