- Para preparar el muslo.. sazonaremos con el jugo de limón, sal y pimienta al gusto.


- Pondremos a azar a fuego bajo en un sartén plano los muslos y los volteamos cuando estén cocidos. Y !Listo!


- Para el spaghetti pondremos a hervir el agua con cebolla, laurel, sal al gusto, pimienta, un chorrito de aceite y el ajo. Posteriormente agregaremos el Spaghetti hasta que quede al dente y después escurrir el agua.



- Los chiles poblanos se azan a flama baja, se pelan y se les quita las semillas. En la licuadora pondremos los chiles poblanos, la media crema, el queso crema, leche, las hojas de espinacas y el cilantro.



- Pondremos en una cacerola un poco de aceite con mantequilla y freímos.


- Le agregamos sal y pimienta al gusto y dejamos que hierva.



- Integramos el Spaghetti.. Listo!


- Para las verduras salteadas, necesitamos primero cortar en juliana, las verduras (papa, calabaza, zanahoria y cebolla).





- En un sartén agregamos, un poco de aceite y la mantequilla. Después agregaremos la zanahoria.


- Ya que esté brillosa la zanahoria, agregaremos la demás verdura.


- Le pondremos las semillas de ajonjolí, sal y pimienta al gusto. Dejaremos al dente las verduras y listo.
