- Al finalizar estos dos últimos Procesos, solo nos queda el emplatado, sumerge el pollo en la salsa y sirve en platos entendidos, la crema la puedes agregar a tu gusto sobre la salsa de chiles y el adornado/acompañamiento de un baño de ajonjolí. PROVECHO!!!
