- 500 ml leche
- 25 g harina

- Salsa Boloñesa: Poner los tomates con una cruz cortada en la parte superior a hervir junto con la cebolla y el ajo con agua suficiente.
- Cuando se quite la piel, se licúa el tomate, el ajo y el ¼ de cebolla hasta dejarla como una salsa de tomate.
- Guisar la salsa con sal y pimienta, albahaca y orégano.
- Después de un tiempo a partir de que empieza a hervir el agua se desprenderá la piel del tomate, hay que apagarlo, sacarlos y quitarles la piel.
- Cuando esté lista, agregar la carne molida previamente cocinada. (La molida se cocina con un poco de aceite, sal y pimienta)

- Para la salsa Bechamel: En una olla o coludo poner 25 gr o ⅓ de mantequilla y dejar derretir.
- Posteriormente poner los 25 gr de Harina (2 Cucharadas soperas aprox) y mezclar con un batidor globo hasta que quede como una masita.
- Enseguida, en fuego bajo, con un ayudante, verter poco a poco (para estar deshaciendo los grumos) los 500 mlde leche.
- Cuando se ponga toda la leche seguir mezclando en fuego bajo SIN dejar que hierva, sal y pimienta; poco a poco se espesa. No debe quedar tan espesa ni tan líquida. Apagar y apartar.

- Ahora, en un molde o sartén para lasagna, untarle un poco de aceite en la base. Colocar una capa de pasta, luego una de salsa boloñesa, salsa bechamel, queso, así sucesivamente.
- Ponerlo dentro del horno precalentado, a 300°C de 15-20 minutos. O hasta que el queso burbujee (Puede ponerle papel aluminio por encima para tener una cocción envolvente)
- Sacar, dejar enfriar y emplatar :) Ponganle un poco más de queso encima, que al parecer yo fui muy poco Generoso 😂
