En un refractario o molde puede ser el de la gelatina, uno redondo, uno cuadrado a tu elección, agregar la cajeta a temperatura ambiente y distribuir por todo el molde y un poco por las orillas hacia arriba, colocar la mezcla del pastel y después sobre esta la mezcla del flan, y cerrar con papel aluminio.
  5. Buscar un recipiente más grande que el que usamos y ponerle agua 💧 para que pueda hornearse a baño maría. Yo usé uno de aluminio
  6. Hornear por 1 hora aproximadamente, se recomienda ir revisando el cocimiento, introduciendo un palillo y ver que no venga con mezcla de harina etc. Depende del horno es el tiempo de cocimiento en el mío fueron 2 hrs
  7. Por último sacar el molde dejar enfriar un poco, voltear y agregar las nueces, enfriar unas 2 horas y listo!! Es D E L I C I O S O
