Se licúa y se agrega una taza de la reducción del líquido y la crema.


- El brócoli se pone a cocer con una pizca de bicarbonato. Debe quedar firme.

- Para armar se pone en un refractario una cama de brócoli, se puede bañar con un poco de mantequilla derretida, se sazona con sal, arriba la pechuga rebanada y se baña con la salsa.



- Por último se pone encima el queso gruyère y se mete a gratinar y listo.
