Los molemos en la licuadora con dos dientes de ajo y los colamos en una cacerola, agregamos 1 zanahoria pelada y cortada en rueditas, dos calabacitas en ruedas, 1 papa en cuadros, granitos de elote, 1 chayole pelado y cortado en cuadritos, yo no le puse ejotes pero Chila la cocinera de casa de mis papás siempre le ponía. Sazonamos con 2 o 3 cucharaditas de consomé en polvo,
- Aparte con harina Minsa (para tortillas) preparamos con un poco de agua, sal y unas hojas de epazote picadas la masa, formamos unas bolitas, las aplanamos y las hacemos como cazuelitas y las vamos soltando en el caldo, éstas aparte de que van a espesar el caldo, tienen muy buen sabor. Se llaman chochoyotes, son buenísimos.
- Para servirlo lo ponemos en una sopera y se sirve en platos hondos y se acompaña con cebolla picada y limones en mitades.
